Nutrition

The common phrase “you are what you eat” is all too true. The required nutritional intake for any of us is an important component of our everyday lives. But for JTW student-athletes, it is even more imperative that they lead a healthy lifestyle. Juggle the World strives to be a resource for nutritional food for its club members as well as an outlet for nutritional education.

The community we serve, and the young people in the community we work with, typically face an extraordinary set of life challenges. Creating a sense of family is a top priority to keep youth out of gangs, in school and striving for success. The most vital component of our success is providing opportunities for leadership empowerment. The Young Coaches Vocational Program uses the game of soccer as its opportunity to most effectively develop its program participant’s life and leadership skills.

Soccer and Juggle The World mean stress relief and passion because without soccer I don’t know what I would be doing right now. Soccer keeps me out of trouble and is always there for me; a ball on my feet is everything I love.
